Input validation vulnerability in Asgaros Forum 2.7.1

The Asgaros Forum plugin for WordPress has a security vulnerability which allows attackers with administrator-level access and higher to modify the plugin’s settings. This gives them the ability to upload malicious PHP files which can be used to execute code remotely. This vulnerability affects all versions up to 2.7.1 of the plugin.
