Access violation vulnerability in Simple Local Avatars 2.7.11

The Simple Local Avatars plugin for WordPress has a security flaw that allows unauthorized changes to be made to data. This is because there is no check to ensure that users have the proper permissions when using the sla_clear_user_cache function in versions 2.7.11 and below. This means that attackers who are logged in with Subscriber-level access or higher can clear user caches without permission.
