Input validation vulnerability in Site Reviews 7.2.4

The Site Reviews plugin for WordPress has a security issue called Stored Cross-Site Scripting. This means that in versions 7.2.4 and below, the plugin does not properly protect against harmful code being inserted and executed on pages. This can allow attackers to add their own web scripts onto pages and have them run when someone views those pages.
