Access violation vulnerability in Debug Log Manager 2.2.0

The Debug Log Manager plugin for WordPress is a tool that can be used to manage the debug logs of a WordPress website. Unfortunately, versions of the plugin up to and including 2.2.0 have a security issue which makes it possible for attackers with a subscriber-level account (or higher) to erase all the debug logs without authorization.
