Access violation vulnerability in LazyLoad Background Images 1.0.7

The LazyLoad Background Images plugin for WordPress has a security vulnerability that allows unauthorized changes to be made to the data. This is because the pblzbg_save_settings() function does not have a capability check. This means that attackers with at least Subscriber-level access can modify the plugin’s settings.
