Access violation vulnerability in Download Monitor 5.0.13

The Download Monitor plugin for WordPress has a security issue that allows unauthorized changes to be made to data. This vulnerability exists in all versions up to 5.0.13 and is caused by a missing capability check on the ajax_search_users function. This means that attackers who are logged in and have at least Subscriber-level access can access the usernames and emails of site users.
