Input validation vulnerability in Customer Support Software, Live Chat, & Marketing Automation 1.0

The Formilla Chat and Marketing Automation plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to a type of attack called “Stored Cross-Site Scripting.” This vulnerability affects versions up to and including 1.0. This means that attackers who have administrative-level permission or higher can inject web scripts into pages. When a user visits one of these affected pages, the scripts will then be executed. This vulnerability only affects multi-site installations and installations where a security feature called “unfiltered_html” has been disabled.
