The NanoSupport plugin for WordPress, which helps with support tickets and knowledge base, has a security issue. This means that people who are not authorized can access it. This problem affects all versions of the plugin, up to and including 0.6.0. It allows attackers who are logged in as Subscribers or higher to do things they should not be able to do.
