A plugin called “Activity Log – Monitor & Record User Changes” for WordPress has a security issue that can be exploited by hackers. This issue, known as Stored Cross-Site Scripting, affects all versions up to 2.11.1. This means that attackers who are not logged in can insert harmful code into pages, which will run when an administrator views that page.
