Input validation vulnerability in Slimstat Analytics 3.9.6

The Slimstat Analytics plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to a security issue known as blind SQL Injection. This is an attack that can be used to gain access to sensitive information from a database. This affects versions before 3.9.6 and is due to the fact that the plugin does not properly escape user supplied parameters and does not properly prepare existing SQL queries. This makes it possible for attackers, even without authentication, to append additional SQL queries to existing ones.
