The FormFacade plugin used for WordPress is at risk of a type of cyber attack called Reflected Cross-Site Scripting. This can happen in versions 1.3.6 and below because the plugin does not properly clean up information that is entered or displayed. This means that someone who is not authorized to access the website can put harmful code onto a page and make it run when a user clicks on it.
