Access violation vulnerability in ImageRecycle pdf & image compression 3.1.13

The ImageRecycle plugin for WordPress, which helps compress images and PDFs, has a security flaw that allows unauthorized changes to be made to its data. This is because the plugin does not check for proper permissions when using the “reinitialize” function. As a result, attackers who have at least subscriber-level access can delete all data from the plugin.
