Access violation vulnerability in Sparkle Demo Importer 1.4.7

The Sparkle Demo Importer plugin for WordPress has a security issue that allows unauthorized access to the database and demo data import. This is because certain functions in all versions up to and including 1.4.7 do not have a check for user capabilities. This means that someone who is logged in and has at least Subscriber-level access can delete all posts, pages, and uploaded files, and also download and install a limited number of demo plugins.
