Input validation vulnerability in Timely All-in-One Events Calendar 1.10

The All-in-One Events Calendar plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to a type of cyber attack called SQL Injection. This attack affects versions 1.9 and lower of the plugin. An attacker can use this vulnerability to access sensitive information from the website’s database. This is done by putting extra SQL queries in the parameters “ai1ec_cat_ids”, “ai1ec_post_ids” and “ai1ec_tag_ids”. This is due to the plugin not escaping the user supplied parameter or properly preparing the SQL query.
