Access violation vulnerability in WP-DBManager 2.79.2

The WP-DBManager plugin for WordPress has a vulnerability that makes it possible for someone with a high level of access to delete any file. This vulnerability exists in versions of the plugin up to and including version 2.79.1. Deleting files can be used to reset a website and gain administrative control of it.
