Input validation vulnerability in Limit Max IPs Per User 1.5

The Limit Max IPs Per User plugin for WordPress has a security issue in versions 1.5 and below. This vulnerability, known as Reflected Cross-Site Scripting, occurs because the plugin does not properly clean and format input.
