Access violation vulnerability in Email Template Designer – WP HTML Mail 3.0.9

The WordPress HTML Mail plugin has a security issue which makes it vulnerable to unauthorized access. Attackers who have no privileges can exploit the vulnerability and add malicious JavaScript to a vulnerable WordPress site. This is because the plugin failed to check the capabilities of the /themesettings REST-API endpoint found in the ~/includes/class-template-designer.php file
