Access violation vulnerability in TheGem 5.10.3

The TheGem theme for WordPress has a security issue that could allow someone to change data without permission. This problem is caused by a missing check on the ajaxApi() function in all versions up to and including 5.10.3. This means that someone who is logged in and has at least Subscriber-level access could potentially change any theme settings without proper authorization.
