Input validation vulnerability in Collapsing Categories 3.0.8

The Collapsing Categories plugin for WordPress has a security issue that could allow hackers to access sensitive information from the database. This vulnerability is due to a lack of proper protection on the ‘taxonomy’ parameter in the /wp-json/collapsing-categories/v1/get REST API. As a result, unauthenticated attackers could insert their own SQL queries, potentially compromising the website.
