Access violation vulnerability in ImageRecycle pdf & image compression 3.1.13

The ImageRecycle plugin for WordPress, which helps compress images and PDFs, has a security issue. This means that someone who is not authorized could change the data in the plugin. The problem is that the plugin does not check if a person has the right permissions before allowing them to use a function called “stopOptimizeAll.” This means that someone who is logged in and has at least subscriber-level access could change the settings for image optimization.
