Input validation vulnerability in Participants Database 2.4.9

The Participants Database plugin for WordPress is not secure in versions up to 2.4.9. This means that someone who is not an authorized user could make changes to lists if they were able to trick a site administrator into clicking a link. This is because the plugin fails to properly check if the user is an authorized user before allowing changes to be made.
