Input validation vulnerability in W3SPEEDSTER 7.25

A plugin called W3SPEEDSTER used in WordPress has a security issue. The problem affects versions 7.25 and below. This is because the plugin does not properly check for a unique code when using the w3PutPreloadCss() function.
