The WordPress Authors List plugin has a security issue that affects all versions up to 2.0.6.1. This is because it does not properly check for a security code, called a “nonce”, when performing certain functions. As a result, people without proper authorization can trick a site administrator into unknowingly taking actions, such as clicking on a link, that could harm the site.
