Access violation vulnerability in NEX-Forms – Ultimate Form Builder – Contact forms and much more 8.5.6

The NEX-Forms plugin for WordPress, which helps create contact forms and other types of forms, has a security flaw that allows unauthorized access. This is because the set_starred() function in all versions up to 8.5.6 does not have a proper check for user privileges. As a result, attackers who are logged in with subscriber-level access or higher can mark records as “starred” without permission.
