Access violation vulnerability in Download Monitor 1.9.6

The Download Monitor plugin for WordPress has a security vulnerability in versions up to 1.9.6 that could allow unauthenticated attackers to delete and export certain log types. This is because the plugin does not have enough security checks in place when it comes to the delete_logs() and export_logs() functions.
