Access violation vulnerability in Announcer – Sticky Message Banner, Notification Bar – Add to Top, Bottom of your Website 6.0

The plugin called “The Announcer – Notification & message bars” for WordPress has a security issue that allows unauthorized users to access it. This is because the function called admin_ajax() does not have a check to make sure the user has the proper capabilities. This means that attackers who are logged in with a subscriber or higher level of access can change certain settings without permission.
