Access violation vulnerability in Download Monitor 5.0.12

The Download Monitor plugin for WordPress has a security issue that allows unauthorized changes to data. This is because the ajax_handle_api_key_actions function does not have a check to ensure proper permissions. This means that attackers who are logged in with at least Subscriber-level access can manipulate API keys by revoking existing ones and creating new ones.
