Input validation vulnerability in Auto Featured Image (Auto Post Thumbnail) 4.1.7

The Auto Featured Image (Auto Post Thumbnail) plugin for WordPress has a security flaw that allows hackers to make unauthorized requests from the website. This can be done by exploiting the upload_to_library function, which is present in all versions up to 4.1.7. This vulnerability can be used by attackers with Author-level access or higher to access and manipulate information from internal services. On Cloud instances, this can also lead to metadata being accessed.
