Input validation vulnerability in Plugin README Parser 1.3.15

The Plugin README Parser plugin for WordPress has a security issue that allows attackers to inject harmful code into pages. This can happen because the plugin does not properly check the input and output of the ‘target’ parameter. As a result, anyone with Contributor-level access or higher can add malicious scripts to pages, which will run whenever someone views those pages.
