Access violation vulnerability in Zakra 4.1.5

The Zakra theme for WordPress has a security issue that allows unauthorized people to change data without permission. This happens because there is a problem with the welcome_notice_import_handler() function in versions up to 4.1.5. This means that anyone who is logged in with Subscriber-level access or higher can import demo settings without permission.
