The Barcode Scanner with Inventory & Order Manager plugin for WordPress has a security flaw that allows unauthorized people to access it. This is because the plugin does not check for the proper permission before performing certain functions. This vulnerability exists in versions 1.5.3 and below. Attackers who are not logged in can take advantage of this to do something they should not be allowed to do.
