Access violation vulnerability in Accessibility Suite by Ability, Inc 4.16

The Accessibility Suite plugin for WordPress, created by Ability, Inc, has a security issue that allows unauthorized access. This is because a function in all versions, including the latest version 4.16, does not have a check for proper permissions.
