The W3 Total Cache plugin is a tool used with WordPress websites that helps to improve the performance of the website. In versions up to and including 0.9.4.1, it was found to be vulnerable to an attack that weakly validated Amazon SNS push messages. This means that attackers could potentially carry out various activities related to the server’s cache, including performing a Denial of Service attack on the site.
