Input validation vulnerability in Post and Page Builder by BoldGrid – Visual Drag and Drop Editor 1.24.1

The Post and Page Builder by BoldGrid is a plugin for WordPress that has a visual drag and drop editor. Unfortunately, versions up to and including 1.24.1 are vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery. This means that unauthenticated attackers may be able to change the plugin’s settings, such as the preferred editor, if they can get a site administrator to click on a malicious link. This is because there is no or incorrect nonce validation for the submitDefaultEditor function.
