Input validation vulnerability in Bitly’s WordPress Plugin 2.7.4

The Bitly plugin for WordPress has a security issue called Stored Cross-Site Scripting that affects versions up to 2.7.4. This happens because the plugin does not properly filter and protect the input and output of information. This can allow hackers who are logged in with contributor or higher level access to add harmful scripts to pages, which will run whenever someone visits the page.
