Access violation vulnerability in Total 2.1.59

The WordPress Total theme has a security issue that allows someone to change data without permission. This is because the function total_order_sections() does not have a check to make sure it is being used properly. This means that someone who is logged in and has at least subscriber-level access can add the same sections multiple times on the homepage.
