Input validation vulnerability in Limit Login Attempts 1.7.1

The Limit Login Attempts plugin for WordPress is not secure in versions up to 1.7.1. This means that unauthenticated attackers can inject malicious web scripts into pages which will then be executed when an administrator visits the plugin’s settings page. This only works if the plugin is configured to prioritize the X-FORWARDED-FOR header.
