Access violation vulnerability in Survey Maker 5.1.9.4

The Survey Maker plugin for WordPress has a security issue that allows unauthorized changes to be made to its data. This is because there is a missing capability check on the deactivate_plugin_option() function in all versions up to and including 5.1.9.4. This means that attackers who are not logged in can make changes to the ays_survey_maker_upgrade_plugin option.
