Input validation vulnerability in AppMaps 1.1

The AppMaps plugin for WordPress has a security issue called Cross-Site Request Forgery. This problem affects all versions up to and including 1.1. The issue happens because a function is missing or has the wrong security check. This means that attackers who are not logged in can change settings and add harmful code to a website if they can get the website administrator to click on a link.
