Input validation vulnerability in Minimal Coming Soon – Coming Soon Page 2.33

The Minimal Coming Soon plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to a type of attack called Stored Cross-Site Scripting. This type of attack allows an attacker with administrator-level permissions to inject malicious web scripts into pages. The malicious scripts can be executed whenever a user visits the injected page. This vulnerability is present in versions up to and including 2.33 of the plugin due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This vulnerability only affects multi-site WordPress installations and installations where the unfiltered_html option has been disabled.
