Input validation vulnerability in PayPal Responder 1.2

The PayPal Responder plugin for WordPress has a security issue called Cross-Site Request Forgery. This problem affects all versions up to and including 1.2. The reason for this vulnerability is that a function is missing or has incorrect validation. As a result, attackers who are not logged in can change settings and insert harmful web scripts by sending a fake request. They can do this by tricking a site administrator into clicking on a link.
