Input validation vulnerability in Debug Assistant 1.4

The Debug Assistant plugin for WordPress has a security flaw that affects versions up to and including 1.4. This flaw makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to create admin accounts on a website without needing to know any passwords. All they need to do is to get a website administrator to click a link or do some other action. This is possible because the plugin does not have the proper security measures in place to make sure the request is valid.
