Input validation vulnerability in atlas 2.1.0

The Atlas theme for WordPress has a security issue called Local File Inclusion. This can let unauthenticated attackers add and run any files on the server, including ones with PHP code. This can be used to get around control measures, access private information, or run code even if only certain file types are allowed to be uploaded.
