Input validation vulnerability in Maspik – Advanced Spam Protection 2.2.7

The Maspik plugin for WordPress, which helps protect against spam, has a security vulnerability in versions 2.2.7 and below. This is because it does not properly check for a special code in one of its functions. This means that someone who is not logged in can change the plugin’s settings if they can trick the website’s administrator into doing something, like clicking on a link.
