The Contact Form Entries – Contact Form 7, WPforms and more plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to a type of attack called Reflected Cross-Site Scripting. This attack is possible in versions up to and including 1.2.0 because the plugin does not properly check and protect the data sent by the user. If an attacker can get the user to click on a malicious link, they can inject dangerous web scripts into pages which can then be executed.
