Input validation vulnerability in BestWebSoft's Like & Share – Posts, Pages and Widget Social Extension plugin for WordPress 2.5.4

The BestWebSoft’s Like & Share – Posts, Pages and Widget Social Extension plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to a type of attack called Reflected Cross-Site Scripting. This type of attack can be caused by not properly sanitizing and ‘escaping’ input before it is displayed on a page. If an attacker can get a user to perform an action, such as clicking a link, this can allow them to inject arbitrary web scripts into a page. Versions before 2.5.4 are vulnerable to this type of attack.
