Input validation vulnerability in restricted-site-access 7.4.1

The Restricted Site Access plugin for WordPress is not secure in versions up to, and including, 6.3.0. This means someone could gain access to parts of the site that should be restricted. This is because the plugin does not have enough security measures in place to stop someone from pretending to be someone else by changing the IP address of the person trying to access the site.
