Input validation vulnerability in RS Survey 1.0

The RS Survey plugin for WordPress has a security issue called Reflected Cross-Site Scripting. This can happen in any version up to 1.0 because the plugin doesn’t properly clean up the input and output. As a result, someone who is not logged in could insert harmful code into a webpage and potentially harm users who click on it.
