Access violation vulnerability in Bitly's WordPress Plugin 2.7.3

The Bitly’s WordPress Plugin for WordPress has a security issue that allows unauthorized individuals to change data without permission. This can happen because the plugin does not check for the proper permissions before carrying out certain actions. This means that someone who is logged in with at least a Subscriber account can make changes to the plugin’s settings.
