The Essential Addons for Elementor plugin for WordPress has a security vulnerability in versions up to and including 5.7.1. An attacker can reset the password of any user on the vulnerable site, including an administrator, if they have the email or username of the account without being authenticated. This vulnerability exists because the reset_password function does not validate the password reset key.
